Who is this service for?

The Clondalkin Mental Health Team provides specialist mental health services to people living in the Clondalkin area. We work in partnership with local GPs, Adelaide & Meath Hospital incorporating the National Children’s Hospital (AMNCH) and other local health care, social and rehabilitations services.
