Private Nursing Homes - Complaints

Should a person wish to make a complaint about the standard of patient care in a private nursing home, you should initially approach the Manager or Nursing Officer in charge.

However if you are dissatisfied with the response received, then you should contact one of the following members of the Board's Nursing Home Inspection Teams as appropriate:
