When
we think of physical activity or exercise, we mostly think of world-class
athletes like Sonia O'Sullivan or Roy Keane but thankfully the benefits
of Physical activity can be achieved with only one hour activity most
days of the week. Sitting around in front of the TV or the computer, taking a lift to school instead of walking and using lifts instead of stairs or ramps all contribute to our inactivity. Physical
