things and increase your over all health.
When
we think of physical activity or exercise, we mostly think of world-class
athletes like Sonia O'Sullivan or Roy Keane but thankfully the benefits
of Physical activity can be achieve with only 30 minutes activity most
days of the week.

Expand your group of friends.
Physical
activity improves health. Every little bit counts, but more is even better.
Everyone can do it! People need to be active to be healthy. Our modern
lifestyle and all the conveniences we've become used to have made us sedentary
- and that's dangerous for our health.
Sitting
around in front of the TV or the computer, taking a lift to school instead
of walking and using lifts instead of stairs or ramps all contribute to
our inactivity. Physical inactivity is as dangerous to our health as
smoking!
